Here at Southside, we place a strong emphasis on preaching and teaching God's Word, and reaching the lost for Christ. In all that we do, our desire is to honor and glorify the Lord, and lift HIM up.
We also have a sincere and strong desire to invest in our youth. We have classes for both children and teens.
We have several minstries that will be a blessing, and multiple opportunities to be involved here at Southside. These ministries include:
- The Preaching and Teaching Ministry of our Pastor, Jimmy Barrett
- The Teaching Ministry of our church, via our classes for all age groups/Sunday School @ 9:30 AM.
- Active Teen Ministry
- Women's Ministry Fellowship
- Quarterly Men's Prayer Breakfast
- Staffed Nursery for ages 4 and under
- Our 3:17 Ministry (Based off of I John 3:17.) This ministry assists with the needs of the community with our food bank and clothing closet. We also assist families being served by Hospice Satilla.
